All our meat is 28 day dry aged beef 100% locally sourced supplied by McAtamneys Traditional Butchers & Higgins Butchers Castlerock. We use only the freshest fish caught between the Alaskan & Irish coast by Donegal Prime Fish who has purchased freshly on the harbour. All our chicken is sourced from Fermanagh
The Cocktail Bar plays an integral part of the Classic Winebar.  It is used frequently as a venue for Birthday’s, Christenings, Business Seminars, Fashion Shows and Weddings.
At the Weekend’s it has become a firm favourite with clientele from near and afar.  Come and try one of our new mouth-watering cocktails created by our trained mixologists, and relax in the Euro-Asian Style surroundings of the Cocktail Bar.
