Moss Cottage is a picturesque three bedroom house beside the town of Bunclody, Co. Wexford. It is tucked away in a very quiet site beside the owners’ home, 100 metres from the road. There is plenty of parking space beside the cottage.
Visitors have access to a 1-hectare prize-winning garden.  
The cottage is available all year round as self-catering accommodation for five adults or a family of six.
A spectacularly situated and beautifully designed golf course is right on the edge of Bunclody town. With a backdrop of the Blackstairs Mountains and beside the Slaney river, the 7000-metre course was designed by Canadian golf course architect Jeff Howes on 300 acres of parkland with many fine old trees. Only eight years in existence, it has earned huge acclaim from Irish golfers and is ranked one of the best parkland courses in the country.
Moss Cottage is a relaxing haven removed from traffic or noise but is still only a very short walk to the attractive small town of Bunclody. The town has a picturesque main street with a row of lime trees up the centre beside a small stream. It has a variety of supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops and the people are very friendly and helpful. There is a pleasant short walk beside the Slaney river through beautiful old beech and oak trees as far as the clubhouse of Bunclody Golf Club where you can have a drink or something to eat in very picturesque surroundings. The town has several ATM machines, an excellent library and a walk-in cultural centre called the Artbank.
